The Minnedosa & Area Food Bank is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors comprised of five executive members ( Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer, Secretary, and Past Chair) and 8 members at large.

The Board meets four times a year and holds an Annual General Meeting each April.
